* Location: Off Hixson Pike, on Adams Road in Hixson, homeowners are close to the convenience of nearby shopping, while retaining a clear view of Big Ridge. Children may attend Big Ridge Elementary, Hixson Middle or Hixson High schools.
* Status: The subdivision was originally zoned for 160 dwellings, upon which 65 units have been built, leaving just over 90 available. The six single-family residences use multiple lots to allow for more yard space.
* Price: Townhomes are priced at $180,000 to $260,000 for between 1,500 to 2,000 square feet, while single-family homes cost from $250,000 to $315,000 for 2,000 to 2,300 square feet. All dwellings have three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths.
* Features: Hardwood, granite and tile finishes are used throughout the dwellings, while builders have installed carpet in the bedrooms. Some units have cellulose insulation, and all homes have sprinkler systems and 30-year roofing. All units have porches or patios, craftsman-style insulated garage doors and cathedral and trey ceilings. Roughly half have central vacuum systems.
* Amenities: Neighbors have access to a clubhouse and pool, as well as a pond and gazebo. Matching mailboxes and ornamental street lighting adds a classic touch. The neighborhood also has a fountain and waterfall.
