Police arrested and charged a Whitfield County man in connection with a robbery at a Dalton, Ga., spa last week.
Dalton police arrested Robert Wiggins Friday evening at the Choo Choo Truck Wash in Catoosa County where he was working, police spokesman Bruce Frazier said.
Wiggins is charged with three counts each of armed robbery, false imprisonment and aggravated assault, Frazier said.
On Sept. 7, a man was getting a massage when he produced a steel semi-automatic handgun and demanded money from the three women working, Frazier said.
He said police believe the suspect took $140 in cash, and he tied up the women with plastic zip ties and gagged them before leaving on foot.
