The new development at the Shoppes at Hamilton Place is a sign of welcome growth according to CBL officials and local business owners.
“With Volkswagen and Amazon and other companies coming to this area, there is a lot of growth,” said CBL Vice President of Corporate Communications and Investor Relations Katie Reinsmidt. “CBL is committed to keeping up with that growth and meeting the demands of the market.”
The 6,000-square-foot development near Carrabba’s Grill and the Fox and Hound will feature Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt, Sweet Peppers Deli and Bath Junkie.
“We always welcome new business,” said Carraba’s Grill manager Miguel Morales.
According to Morales, new businesses in the area generate new business for existing restaurants and stores.
