The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga beat Georgia Southern 75-66 on Thursday night in McKenzie Arena.
Ricky Taylor and Omar Wattad paced the Mocs with 19 points each. Chris Early had 13 and Keegan Bell scored 12 points. Ben Drayton led the Eagles with 24 points.
The Mocs (14-10, 10-2 SoCon) built a 16-point lead early in the second half. But much like their previous two games, they let their opponent back. GSU (4-14, 0-11) trailed by two with more than nine minutes to play and by three with 2:09 to go.
