The event happened at the intersection of Dayton Blvd and Meadowbrook Dr.A large hardwood tree fell across Meadowbrook Lane in Red Bank around 8:10 a.m. Wednesday, causing power lines to dip low across Dayton Boulevard and shooting sparks high into the air.
