From fun and funky to elegant or eclectic, there will be a chair custom-made to suit your style when On Point holds its annual fundraiser, Chair Affair, tonight in Lindsay Street Hall.
About 30 local artists have volunteered their talent to the nonprofit by hand-decorating chairs that will be up for bids in a silent auction.
Ashley Lattier, communications and special events coordinator for On Point, said some artists chose to custom-design other dining/seating furnishings as well, such as a set of stools or the dining room table decorated by Debbie Prater at Tangerinas.
In addition to the lineup of chairs, there will be a second silent auction of products and services from area businesses.
On Point promotes abstinance from unsafe behaviors such as sexual activity, drug and alcohol use and violence by offering education and support to teens in Hamilton County and Northwest Georgia,
