Hey, this is spring moving into summer here in our temperate climate zone, so who thinks of snow this time of year?
Well, the folks out West in high altitudes do!
While it is surprising to us in the South, there have been reports of many feet of snow in mountain regions, with some highways having to be closed.
There has been deep, late-spring snowfall in Californian’s Sierra Nevada heights, as well as in Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, Montana, Idaho and Oregon.
