Man, woman sought in rape case

Investigators are looking for a man and woman they say were involved in a statutory rape two months ago, according to Chattanooga police.

Police say that in April someone picked up a juvenile runaway in the Alton Park area and took the runaway to the King’s Lodge in Chattanooga. There an unknown man sexually assaulted the juvenile.

The man has been described as black, with black and gray hair in braids and closely trimmed facial hair. He was wearing a gray ball cap, a gray T-shirt and blue jeans.

Police say he likely is driving a white Lincoln Town Car.
