Tahnika Rodriguez’s spicy salsa was the winning recipe tonight at Dancing with the Stars Chattanooga, a benefit for the Partnership for Families, Children and Adults.
Rodriguez was named dancing champion at the fourth annual event, which raised more than $100,000 for the agency, event co-chairwoman Alexis Bogo said.
Fan favorite was Robin Derryberry, whose hustle raised the most money through fan votes.
Bogo said the Tivoli Theatre was fun and exciting for the packed audience of friends, family members and supporters. The eight dancers practiced for 15 weeks with professional partners from the Fred Astaire Dance Studio.
The other contestants were Sara Mingus, Mark Ramsey, Stephen Ratterman, Rhonda Catanzaro, Wade Hinton and Jimmy Adams.
