Authorities with the DeKalb County sheriff’s mounted unit assisted Tennessee police with the search for a woman who has been missing since April 2011.
The unit began a three-day search in the Natchez Trace National Forest on Friday, looking for any traces of 20-year-old Holly Bobo, according to Sheriff Jimmy Harris in a news release.
Bobo, a nursing student, was last seen in 2011 being dragged from her Parsons, Tenn., home by a man wearing camouflage.
The mounted unit searched areas of the forest that were impassable except by horse, Harris said.
