A 21-year-old man continues to be held without bond after he was accused of attacking and mugging two men downtown over the weekend, according to a Chattanooga Police Department report.

Robert R. Orr faces charges of assault and robbery after he and another assailant reportedly yelled racial slurs at two men walking in the 200 block of East M.L. King Boulevard just before 2 a.m. Sunday, according to an arrest report.

Both men were beaten, according to the report. When one of the men fell to the ground, the attackers continued to kick him. One grabbed his wallet and took money.

Chattanooga police arrested Orr moments later, and the victims confirmed Orr as one of the assailants.

Orr will be in court Friday before General Sessions Court Judge David Bales.
