Wreck on I-24 E. snarls traffic near Moore Rd. exit

An early morning accident has traffic backing up on I-24 E. near the Moore Road exit, an official said.

An official said the accident involved two vehicles and it isn't immediately known if their are injuries involved.

EMS is on scene and cleanup is underway to open more lanes to through traffic, according to the official.
