Construction is under way at the Integra Hills Luxury Apartments complex on Little Debbie Parkway in Collegedale on Wednesday.

Status: Two additional apartment buildings, two carriage homes and the clubhouse have been completed. The project has yielded an additional 56 units in the growing community, of a planned 278, according to Ginger Keaton, community director. Workers should finish two more buildings by the end of the year for an additional 78 units.
Cost: $19 million.
Price: Prices range from $800 to $900 per month for a one-bedroom with 736 square feet to more than $1,300 per month for three-bedroom units.
