For the next six Saturdays, you can wake up with the birds at Chattanooga Arboretum and Nature Center, 400 Garden Road. Naturalist Corey Hagen and members of the Tennessee Ornithological Society will lead birding hikes around Reflection Riding, starting at 7:30 a.m. April 5, 12, 19, 26 and May 3, 10. They’ll point out the resident birds as well as some of the neotropical migrants that use the property and keep a count of the numbers each week. Hikes will happen unless there is severe weather. The walks are included in the price of admission: $10 adults, $7 seniors (65 and older) and kids (ages 4-11) for nonmembers. For more information, call 423-821-1160.
