One person was shot and injured in a domestic violence incident Sunday, according to the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office.
The incident happened at 2013 Jacquelin Lane in Soddy-Daisy around 2:45 p.m., according to a sheriff's news release.
The victim was taken to a hospital for treatment.
The sheriff's office said the investigation continues and more information would be released as it became available.
