Previously ousted Fort Oglethorpe City Councilman Charles Sharrock qualified Wednesday to run again for his former seat.

Sharrock is running to unseat Derek Rogers, who was appointed to replace him in April of this year.

In November of 2012, his fellow council members voted to oust Sharrock because of sexual harassment complaints filed against him by three female city employees.

Sharrock said that he has done nothing wrong and that the complaints the women made were a result of bad politics. He said he is confident that he will win in November.
