Numerous roads in The Falling Water community just off Dayton Pike are flooding and impassable due to flooding. The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office is asking residents to stay off the roadways.

Robert Mill Road is impassable between Dayton Pike and Levi Road as from the bottom gate to the top gate leading to Signal Mountain, according to the sheriff’s office.

North of Roberts Mill Road, Jackson Road is flooded and impassible.

McGill Road, Skip Lane and parts of Hale road are also under water in Hamilton County.

Highway officials reported traffic accidents on two interstates in Hamilton County that delayed motorists.

On I-75 at mile marker 3, multiple vehicles were involved in an accident in southbound lanes that was cleared.

On I-24, at mile marker 182, the right lane was closed in the westbound side while officials cleared a single-vehicle accident. That area was cleared.

No word on whether rainy weather was a contributor to the accidents.
