Clumpies Ice Cream is opening a new location in Chattanooga.
The new shop will be at the Incline Railway station in St. Elmo.
Workers preparing the inside of the eatery say the new spot will open "at the end of next week."
The shop will feature an entire wall covered in chalkboard paint to list available flavors.
Clumpies is expected to bring strong competition to Mr. T's Pizza & Ice Cream, which is located directly across the street from the Incline Railway.
