The three-ingredient fruit salad that is Chattanooga Market each spring throws the final fruit into the mix Sunday, July 5. After feasting on strawberries in May and blueberries in June, marketgoers now get to sink their teeth into peaches.
For the annual Peach Festival, more than 150 Chattanooga Market vendors will find creative ways to incorporate peach flavors, scents and themes into their offerings. Visitors can enjoy such treats as fresh peach salsa, peach jams and jellies, peach-infused vinegar, peach pastries, peach cobbler, peach candles, peach lotions and even peaches-and-cream sodas.
Market hours are 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at First Tennessee Pavilion, 1829 Reggie White Blvd.
Set to perform are Beth Wood and The Do Rights.
