Gary Wayne FordA 57-year old man from Ten Mile, Tenn., in Meigs County has been charged with murder, according to a release from the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation.
Gary Wayne Ford is being held in the Meigs County Jail on a count of second degree murder of 51-year old Coleen Francis Turner.
Turner was found dead in a home on April 10 in Ten Mile. “During the course of the investigation, Agents, working alongside investigators from the sheriff’s department, developed information leading to Gary Wayne Ford as the individual responsible for Turner’s death,” the release said.
Tuesday, authorities arrested Ford without incident, the release said. Ford is being held on a $100,000 bond.
