A trailer home was destroyed early Friday morning in Chattanooga.
Firefighters were called to a mobile home fire around 5 a.m. Friday on Dal-Brown Drive.
Battalion Chief Don Bowman said the trailer was fully engulfed in flames when the first firefighters arrived on-scene. It took the firefighters roughly an hour to get the blaze under control. The structure was considered a total loss.
Bowman said the firefighters were unable to enter the structure since it was already engulfed in flames. It is not known if anyone was living in the trailer or not, but the structure appeared to be unoccupied at the time of the fire.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
