Business Briefs: Signature Brokers becomes Better Homes franchisee

Signature Brokers becomes Better Homes franchisee

Less than three years after its start in Ooltewah, Signature Brokers LLC has joined the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate network.

Gina Sakich, a 20-year Realtor and one of the founders of Real Estate Partners who broke off in February 2014 to start Signature Brokers, said joining with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate should upgrade marketing, training and web-based services for her agency. The newly named Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Signature Brokers now includes 24 agents and brokers at its office on Little Debbie Parkway. The agency plans to open another office in downtown Chattanooga in 2017.

“By working with the team at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, we will optimize our web presence, marketing tools and branding to serve our client base in a more impactful way,” Sakich said.

Signature Brokers is the first Tennessee real estate agency to affiliate with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate since the national firm was revamped in 2010. In 1985, Realty Center in Chattanooga affiliated with Better Homes and Gardens, but that agency later shifted to Prudential and now operates as an affiliate of Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices.
