For the second day in a row, traffic problems plagued drivers trying to get into Chattanooga from U.S. 27 South.
The culprit today appears to be unscheduled maintenance that was reported at 10:25 a.m. and estimated to be cleared by noon.
The delays are rubbernecking-related, officials said.
Northbound traffic is unaffected.
