I-75 South near mile marker 7 is now clear after an earlier accident.

Police and ambulance crews were on the scene of a multi-vehicle crash with injuries at mile marker 7 on Interstate 75 earlier this evening.

The Tennessee Department of Transportation’s SmartWay traffic map showed most southbound lanes were closed. Northbound traffic was slow but moving.
