The former Buster Brown headquarters in Chattanooga is ready for a new owner.

Located on about 20 acres, the site is a sprawling gated office facility. With over 1,400 parking spaces and multiple large office buildings, the campus would serve as a business headquarters or investment opportunity, according to commercial real estate brokerage company Keller Williams.

The main building has more than 300 offices and also includes conference rooms, training areas, break rooms and multiple stall bathrooms.

The roof has been replaced in the last year and a new heating and air-conditioning system has been installed. The space has been environmentally tested for air quality, according to the brokerage company.
