The Chattanooga Symphony and Opera’s annual fundraising evening featured food, fine wine and music by Smooth Dialects along the Tennessee River. Restaurants contributing to the symphony gala’s meal this year included Embargo ’62, Bluewater Grille, Milk and Honey, Five, St. Johns and many more.
