An ancient archetypal pattern, the labyrinth can be used as a meditative tool “to calm the mind, de-stress the body and activate the soul.”

Tuesday’s walk will teach the origins, history and symbolism of this sacred path.

“Come with an open mind and open heart. There are no wrong choices or decisions to make; a labyrinth is designed to help you find your way,” according to organizers.

Time for quiet reflection and journaling will be included.

Cost is $10 for nonmembers.
