2016 Law Day
The Chattanooga Bar Association gave YPAC (YMCA Community Action Program) Director Joe Smith its 2016 Liberty Bell award in May. Smith, who overcame his own drug addictions and the death of his parents as a child, created YPAC and its boxing program to help teach and model good behavior for at-risk youth.
