Q: After an interview and a thank-you follow-up note, when should I expect to hear back on whether I got the job?
A: There is no exact answer. In fact, you might not hear back at all. Sometimes things change at the company that cause delays, or they might have decided to go a new direction altogether. The best thing to do is to ask about a timeline or follow-up scenarios during your interview.
