Tim James is going home.
East Ridge principal Tammy Helton said this morning that James will be returning to the Pioneers to coach their football team.
“Tim has tons of experience. He’s from here and was a head coach here previously. He’s very much an East Ridge Pioneer and that showed during his interview,” she said. “We’re thrilled to have him. He’s exactly what we need. He’s a man of integrity who already had a lot invested in this program.”
James left East Ridge several years ago to start a football program at Heritage High in Georgia and most recently has been an assistant coach at LaFayette.
