Roy Vaughn is appointed senior vice president and chief communications officer for BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee. Vaughn oversees all communication functions at BlueCross including: public affairs and media relations; internal communications; brand strategy, market research and advertising; marketing communications; and provider communications.
Kristy Dunn joins the team of providers at The Helen Ross McNabb Center as nurse practitioner. Dunn is providing care at the Hamilton County child and adolescent outpatient mental health center. Dunn received a Bachelor of Arts in psychology with a minor in business administration from Tennessee Wesleyan University in Athens, Tennessee. In 2004, she received a Master of Science in nursing from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
Beth Baxter is appointed to lead Dominion Senior Living of Hixson as executive director. Baxter has nearly 15 years of experience in caring for seniors’ needs at all levels, including acute care, skilled nursing, assisted and independent living as well as clinics and health care settings.
Blair Waddell Mard joins the Herman Walldorf Commercial Team as an affiliate broker after six years as a retail recruiter for the River City Company, downtown Chattanooga’s economic development engine. In her new role, Mard capitalizes on her retail recruitment experience providing sales, leasing, and consulting services to buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants and developers.
Kaylon Tuttle is promoted to general manager of the Hampton Inn Chattanooga West/Lookout Mountain for Vision Hospitality Group. Tuttle joined the Vision family as a night auditor in 2012 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Chattanooga Downtown. Tuttle moved into sales in 2013 when he was promoted to dual sales manager for the Hampton Inn & Suites and Hilton Garden Inn Chattanooga Downtown.
