* Monday’s recap: In Jackson, Tenn., Chattanooga edged the Southern League North Division first-half champions in a battle for second place in the second half as Felix Jorge (3-5) pitched a seven-hit complete game and Niko Goodrum scored both runs. He homered in the sixth and led off the eighth with a walk, stole second base and scored on D.J. Hicks’ single up the middle. Jackson had taken a 1-0 lead in the first with two walks and the first of Steve Clevenger’s three hits preceding an RBI groundout by first baseman Ryan Casteel, a former Bradley Central and Cleveland State standout.
