One dead after shooting at Santek Waste Services in Bradley County

A wanted man was shot and killed by a private citizen at Santek Waste Services in Bradley County, according to James Bradford with the Bradley County Sheriff's Office.

Bradford confirmed the man killed was involved in a vehicle pursuit earlier in the day that began in Meigs County. He would not confirm the identity of the suspect at this time.

The two suspects in the pursuit were Daniel Warren, 32, and Jeremy L. Headley, 24. Warren was arrested earlier in the day.

The landfill is located at 282 Natures Trail in Bradley County.

Deputies responded to the incident but were not involved in the shooting, according to a press release from the sheriff's office.

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has been called to conduct the investigation, according to the release.
