The DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office (DCSO) responded to a female calling in regard to a domestic violence situation on Lookout Mountain.
When investigators arrived on scene at 232 County Road they found a man face down and unresponsive in the road way behind the home.
Ambulance services were called to the scene, and the man was identified as 36-year-old Alberto Pablo Felipe of Fort Payne. The coroner pronounced Felipe dead on scene.
An autopsy was ordered by District Attorney Mike O’Dell.
The investigation is ongoing.
