Call me a racist; I have no guilt

I am white. I am not apologetic about it. Scotch-Irish-Cherokee, to be sure. But in this nation today, if I say I am proud to be white, I am sure to be a racist. I can’t celebrate White History Month or give to the United Caucasian College Fund. If I identify myself as an Irish American, I am a racist. White lives matter too, but I can’t say that.

Enough.

I will fly my Confederate flag, dance my Irish jig and have no guilt about being white, nor should I. I am proud of my race and its accomplishments. Call me racist if you will; that is your call.

I no longer care what you think.
