Officials at The Barn Nursery report “a fabulous response” to last year’s Love Notes messages beamed to I-24 travelers on their electronic billboard. The nursery is accepting emails to begin another two-week blitz of public sentiments starting Wednesday, Feb. 1.It’s not too soon to be thinking about how you’ll woo your sweetheart on Valentine’s Day.
The Chattanooga Lookouts and The Barn Nursery have a couple of ideas.
* Looiegrams: Looie the Lookout will personally deliver Looiegrams, which come with two lower box seat vouchers and a rose, plus other gifts designed for men, women and children.
The women’s package includes a red foam finger and a pair of Lookouts earrings. Men get a Lookouts koozie and adjustable baseball cap. Kids receive a Lookouts mini bat and youth T-shirt. Price is $34 for any of the three.
Looiegram deliveries may be made to any residence, workplace or school within a 10-mile radius of AT&T Field, 201 Power Alley, between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday or Tuesday, Feb. 13-14.
