Equity, equality belong at budget talks
Let’s take a look at the Hamilton County Commission and the issue of how to equally spend taxpayer money. In an effort to bring an added perspective to the left side of the editorial pages, I humbly offer my opinion
Equality is the state of being equal, especially in status, rights and opportunities.
I believe that the County Commission acted responsibly in turning down the request for track field repairs at Central High School, and as an alumnus I think I can speak impartially.
Equity is the quality of being fair and impartial.
