Police have identified the victim in a homicide that occurred early this morning on the 1200 block of Cypress Street Court as Katrina Holloway, 42.
Officers received a call about a person shot at the location at 1:30 a.m. and arrived to find Holloway had already died from a gunshot wound.
Investigators determined that the victim and her boyfriend, Reginald Oakley, 43, were in a disorder prior to the shooting. He was questioned and taken into custody.
He has since been charged with criminal homicide, possession of a firearm during commission of a felony and unlawful possession of a weapon.
