Paris accord a Trojan Horse
Contrary to the hysteria, notably absent from the Paris accord is any legitimate environmental premise. Using environmental theories that lack any validated scientific basis as a Trojan Horse, the Paris accord was/is designed to create a desired funding source (disproportionately from the U.S. and absent any controls) to advance the premise of unelected global government. With fossil fuels providing the majority of the world’s energy, authority to supplant sovereign governments through global regulations will provide de facto control of the world’s economy. Once having established such global authority, evermore intrusive regulations will follow.
The debate is not the existence of climate change, which has occurred continuously for more than 4 billion years and has near universal acceptance, but the extent of “man-made” climate change, a distinction deliberately obscured. Ironically, while the great majority of the scientific community is well aware CO2 atmospheric concentration is a follower – not precursor – of climate change and therein does not drive global temperatures, CO2 emissions remain the red herring.
Valid concerns, many that still exist, initiated the modern environmental movement. Unfortunately, like so many legitimate programs, “the environment” has been politicized and fueled with a massive misinformation campaign.
