A fight between two people in the 2300 block of Fourth Avenue ended early Sunday when one was shot, Chattanooga police said.
The 911 call came in at 1:30 a.m. Police said Charles Arthur Kyle, 29, was taken to a local hospital via private vehicle with a wound that was not life-threatening.
Though Kyle said he was fighting with someone, police said they had no suspect information.
