Chattanooga police and fire officials responded Sunday evening along with Hamilton County EMS to a call of a pedestrian struck by a vehicle at the intersection of McCallie and Central avenues.
The accident involving an adult man who appeared to have an arm injury happened about 7:30 p.m.
The unidentified victim was conscious and talking to EMS officials as he was loaded into the ambulance.
