A fire that claimed the life of an elderly woman in Wildwood, Ga., Saturday afternoon has been ruled accidental, according to the Georgia Department of Insurance.

Virginia Webb, 89, was killed in a mobile home in the 1900 block of Highway 299, according to the news release. The victim's two adult children escaped the blaze with minor injuries. Neither required transportation to a hospital.

A fire investigator with Insurance and Safety Commissioner Ralph Hudgens' office reported there was nothing suspicious about the blaze, and the cause appears to be electrical.

"My investigator found no signs of a working smoke alarm inside the home," Hudgens said in a statement.

This is the state's 86th fire-related death in 2017.
