The Bradley County Sheriff’s Office said a man died in a motorcycle accident in Bradley County on Saturday night.

The man died from injuries caused by not wearing a helmet, according to a BCSO news release. He was found in a ditch on the 300 block of Georgetown Circle just after 10:30 p.m. after his girlfriend called 911.

Investigators estimate the collision occurred an hour prior to the discovery of the driver, and learned the motorcycle was stolen out of Bradley County.

The man’s identity is being withheld until next of kin have been properly notified.
