Construction at Ashland Terrace is complete and the road is now open, according to an email from the city of Red Bank.
The city closed the intersection of Ashland Terrace and Dayton Boulevard in October to install a concrete box culvert.
Rainy weather delayed the project twice, but the completion date is more than a week ahead of the most recent scheduled opening date of Jan. 4.
The email stated, “The City would like to extend their thanks and appreciation for everyone’s patience and understanding as the repairs and replacement of this critical road structure was completed.”
