A school bus struck a pedestrian at the intersection of Highway 136 and Highway 11 in Trenton, Ga., Tuesday afternoon.
The incident took place at around 2:30 p.m., and the victim was taken to a local hospital for treatment, Dade County Schools Superintendent Jan Harris said. She did not know the victim's condition at the time.
No students were on board the bus, Harris said.
