The comedian who set a Guinness world record for longest stand-up performance (40 hours, 8 minutes) will take the stage at The Comedy Catch, 1400 Market St., Thursday through Sunday, July 19-22.
David Scott – aka The Midnight Swinger – combines the style of a ’60s Las Vegas performer with the flash of a 21st-century Super Bowl halftime. He says he doesn’t just “stand behind a microphone and tell jokes, he puts on a spectacle” that leaves audiences laughing.
Tickets are $10 for shows either Thursday or Sunday at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $18 for either the 7:30 or 9:45 p.m. shows on Friday and Saturday.
