Chattanooga starting pitcher Johendi Jiminian lasted just one inning Wednesday night at AT&T Field as the Lookouts dropped their series opener against the Jackson Generals, 6-2, before an announced crowd of 1,749.

L.T. Tolbert homered to right field and Daulton Varsho homered to right-center to give Jackson a quick 2-0 lead, and the Generals made it 3-0 when Camden Duzenack drew a bases-loaded walk. Jiminian allowed three hits and three walks before tallying three outs.

The Lookouts got on the board in the sixth inning with a Staurt Fairchild homer to left and Brantley Bell’s RBI double to center.
