Yesterday was World Photography Day, which aims to inspire photographers to share their captures with the world. And thanks to social media, that’s pretty easy to do as evidenced by the fact that each day 95 million photos are shared on Instagram and 350 million photos are shared on Facebook.
But those numbers are drops in the hat compared to the 1.4 trillion digital images estimated to be taken each year. Today, snap one that really stands out.
