After taking a week off so as not to conflict with Riverbend, Nightfall resumes Friday, June 7, in Miller Plaza, 850 Market St.

Indie pop band The Daybreaks will be the night’s headliners at the free summer music concert. Local band 3’s Company will open the show at 7 p.m.

The Daybreaks were named “Nashville’s next super-group” by an independent Nashville radio station.

The band was formed in 2015 by Kaleb Jones, vocals/guitar, and Heather Bond, vocals, who had been writing music together. They asked Bobby Holland, vocals/guitar/keys, to do some demos with them, and their chemistry was so cohesive that Holland suggested they cut a record. Drummer Adam Bokesch completed the quartet.

Their debut album was “Find Me At the End of the World.” The Daybreaks’ newest album, “The Idea of You,” came out in October 2018.
