The Chattanooga-Hamilton County Health Department inspects restaurants twice a year and grades the businesses on a 100-point scale. Scores below 70 require corrective action.

7717 Hixson Pike; Reasons including no active managerial control over foodborne risk factors provided during time of inspection. Employee handling hamburger buns bare handed during food prep. Handwashing sink was full of pots and other utensils and was not accessible during time of inspection. Raw pork chops stored over uncovered RTE foods in reach in cooler. Cocktail sauce left out behind servers line temping 60*F.
